Every plugin in this store started as a problem in our own shop. ShaneWebGuy is a working web development and AI automation agency. We build and run WordPress sites for real clients with real deadlines, and somewhere along the way we got tired of the same three things: paying for five SaaS subscriptions to do one job, waiting on a vendor to fix a bug that was costing us billable hours, and explaining to a client why their data lived on somebody else’s server.

So we built our own. Not as products, at first. As tools we needed by Friday.

Hardened is a number, not an adjective

“Battle-tested” is the most abused phrase in software marketing, so here is what it means here, in figures you can check yourself. Seventeen plugins in this catalog. Nine hundred and twenty two shipped releases behind them. SWG Time Tracker has shipped 198 times. Project Hub, the system that runs this agency day to day, has shipped 114. The chatbot has been in production since June 2025. Every one of those changelogs is public on this site, with dates, and you can read exactly what broke and what we did about it.

That release count is not a brag. It is the cost of running software your own business depends on. When Project Hub goes down, our invoicing goes down with it. When the SEO tool reports a wrong number, a client gets a wrong report with our name on it. We are the first people hurt by our own bugs, and that changes what gets fixed and how fast it gets fixed. There is no support queue between us and the problem.

These are WordPress plugins, not another dashboard you log into and rent forever. They install on your site, they store their data in your database, and they keep working whether or not we are having a good quarter. No per-seat pricing that punishes you for growing. No integration that quietly disappears because it stopped being strategic for somebody’s roadmap. If you ever want out, your data is already where it should be.

That matters more for agencies than for anyone. The tools in this catalog replace the task tracker, the CRM, the time tracker and the client portal that most shops rent separately, and they do it on infrastructure you already pay for.

We are also not finished, and it would be strange to pretend otherwise on a page like this.
