Privacy Policy

This policy describes what swgplugins.com collects, why, and what happens to it. The site is operated by ShaneWebGuy. The short version: we collect the minimum needed to run a plugin store, we do not sell personal data, and you can ask us to delete yours at any time.

What we collect

Launch and notify signups. When you leave your email in a notify or newsletter form we store the address, the form it came from, and the signup time. We use it to send the updates you asked for and nothing else. Every public form also records a one-way hash of your IP address for spam rate-limiting; the raw address is not stored.

Your cart. The shopping cart lives in your own browser storage until checkout opens. Nothing in it reaches our servers while you browse.

Purchases. When checkout opens, payments will be processed by Stripe. Card details go directly to Stripe and never touch our servers; we keep the order record, the license, and the billing email needed to run your account. This policy will be updated before the first live sale.

Support email. If you email us, we keep the correspondence so we can help you next time.

What we do not do

We do not sell or rent personal data. We do not run third-party advertising trackers. Emails collected here are used for the messages you signed up for, and every one of them includes an unsubscribe path.

Retention and your rights

Signup emails stay on the list until you unsubscribe or ask us to remove them. You can request a copy of the data we hold about you, or its deletion, at any time.
