Both. There is a guided wizard for each, so the structure of the campaign is handled for you rather than assembled from a blank screen.
What does the AI actually generate?
Keywords, ad copy and display images. You still review everything before it ships, but you are editing a draft rather than starting from nothing.
Does it push campaigns live, or just export them?
It pushes them live through the Google Ads API. There is a kill switch on the integration so you can stop it rather than chase changes inside the Ads interface.
